Follow four steps for TS user logon in Windows 2000

When you use Terminal Services (TS) in the Remote Administration mode, only two

administrators can log on at the same time. But sometimes you might want to allow users to logon

who aren't administrators. Follow these four steps to get around this limitation:

Go to Administrative Tools and click Terminal Services Configuration.

Select Connections, then right-click Rdp-Tcp and select Properties.

Go to the Permissions tab and add the user or a group of users you want to have access to the TS.

Click OK and close the console.

Note: Remote Administration mode isn't suited for running normal applications, like application

serve mode or Office. You should only use Remote Administration to perform lighter tasks like

administration.
